The Stewardship Foundation
The Stewardship Foundation is a non-profit organization created by Hutchins Stewardship LLC to eliminate any barriers to financial literacy, stability and wellness for anyone who is ready and willing to make a change. While the organization actively pursues grant funding opportunities, the Foundation primarily operates based on the generosity of corporate sponsorships and public donations. The Stewardship Foundation has 3 funds: Teaching Fund, Freedom Fund and General Fund. For more details, see breakout below:
Teaching Fund
The Teaching Fund provides one-on-one financial coaching sessions and group sessions for program participants. In these activities, participants are assigned a personal finance coach, guided through financial stewardship principles, assisted with financial management tools and techniques. HS LLC coaches and walks with participants from budget creation to financial goal-setting to weekly/monthly accountability to financial victory!
Freedom Fund
The Freedom Fund provides real, tangible financial relief to program participants by way of debt payoff or atypical purchase funding. In this program, participants either are apart of on-going financial stewardship services and have shown adherence to their stewardship plan or individuals who have experienced a life event that has significantly impacted their finances negatively.
General Fund
The General Fund provides funding for The Stewardship Foundation's administrative staff and operational expenses. With Board approval, General Fund surplus is funneled into other Foundation programs to increase the number of individuals served!
The Stewardship Foundation and HS LLC focuses exclusively on helping individuals, small business owners, and independent contractors with financial stewardship. Yet, we recognize that the best stewards come from a holistic approach to addressing their personal uniqueness and that of their financial situation. To ensure our program participants are receiving complete life-changing support, our program participants are based upon referrals from local non-profit organizations, churches and HS LLC.
